Futon Twin Lounger, December 2, 2008 This review is from: Mission Futon Twin Lounger w/ 9" Premium Futon Mattress (Kitchen) This item is exceptional for the price. It is sturdy, looks good and comfortable. It is a little bulk when changing it's variety of multiple positions than I would like but then what futon isn't. After all your dealing with moving a small mattress around.
I found the customer service to be excellent. Any questions I had were answered promptly.
All and all I am very pleased with my purchase.

Comfortable fun, December 24, 2011 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Mission Futon Twin Lounger w/ 9" Premium Futon Mattress (Kitchen) This chair-bed is great. I used a mission oak stain as the unfinished wood as described looked like house framing under construction. Assembly was a cinch with only 8 bolts (NOTE: two bolts are a different size than the others, pay attention as they are specifically for the tighter clearance at the back of the chair) I'm male so naturally I didn't use the instructions, but they're really not needed. The mattress is a plain white and provides sufficient comfort equivalent to most futon mattresses. You wont be trading in your Seally mattress anytime soon, but a bulkier mattress would not flex as easily as you contort this chair-bed into about 6 shapes. The back recline is semi-adjustable, just slide it halfway down and itll stick (Bonus position not listed!) Finally a word of caution, if you sit where the chair meets the strap on footrest then the chair will soon be sitting on you. I havent yet, but I noticed taking a seat a few times. It took the 2 of us less than an hour to put together. It's much bigger than I thought it would be (would comfortably sleep a guest, which is the reason for the purchase). The cushion is also much, much thicker than pictured. The cushion is so thick it actually comes almost to the level of the arms on the chair. I couldn't feel the slats at all, even after sitting in this chair for an extended time. I would gladly sleep on this bed any night, and am happy I bought it.
