(Kitchen) As far a shipping goes this product gets a 10 out of 10 being the highest, it got to my house very quick! It is a comfortable mattress, I use it as my bed. However, by no means is it 9inches thick like it was advertised. I would say it is about 7-8inches thick. It is very sturdy and I can tell it will last for a long time. (Kitchen) It doesn't seem to be as thick as advertised, and it compresses more than I thought it would. Though after light use I could feel the frame slats through it, it is still okay and would be just fine for younger children. However, adults or people weighing probably more than 100 pounds may want to consider something different.
