This review is from: Complete Futon Set - Solid Wood Frame AND 9 Inch Plush Cotton - Foam Mattress AND Black Cover - FULL (Kitchen) The good - decent design - quality pine - can be finished any way you want - good price The not so good - had to re-drill 3 or 4 misaligned holes - the instructions are minimalistic (more illustrations definitely needed) - can feel the support slats through the mattress Overall, this is a fairly good product. There were some quality control issues, but nothing a drill couldn't fix. The instructions are poorly written. To be honest, I've seen better chinese/translated instructions. If you wrestle with it enough, you'll get it right, although this extends assembly time. The routered/grooved areas need to be sanded before finishing also. What's nice about this is putting on your own stain and finish to make it really match wherever it's going. I gave it four stars because it's very possible to end up with a quality product if you put a little work into it. I spent 3 evenings after work finishing and assembling it.
