Be aware that the mattress is NOT part of the purchase but the separatae mattress I did purchase (Day dreamer Luxe 6000)works beautifully with this futon and is provides a very restful sleep. We got it for our 4th bedroom office, as extra space in case we needed an extra bed for company. I think it will work out wonderfully for us. Its very comfortable. Looks great too!!
