A great buy!, January 30, 2007 By This review is from: Mission Futon Frame - with 8inch Quality Futon Mattress - Full Size (Kitchen) After a couple of bad experiences with furniture orders, we were reluctant to try again, but this is a great product. It was shipped very quickly, arrived in perfect condition, with all the parts intact, and assembly was quick and easy. Highly recommend the product and the company.

I've had it for 6 months already and it's still in great condition with no sign of wear and tear. The mattress is pretty comfortable too. I recomend this futon a lot!

The Room Doctor Futon came on time and ahead of schedule but the Back Panel Pieces were deficient and made the assembly of the product difficult. The Back Slats of the Back Panel were shorter than needed for the structure. All I can do now is sit on the futon. I am currently awaiting a response from a customer service representative regarding this matter.
