The thickness and weight were a surprise, but this adds to the support. This really is a substantial bed. I like the removeable custom cover, too. Very happy!

There was mailing issues on my end and I was contacted with a more than satisfactory degree of kindness. A huge plus and then it was still early after complications? Just before Christmas? Another huge plus. I see no false advertising as claimed by others. It is what it is.
I am not sure I am quite used to it yet, but for those that are interested I will add this. I am lying on a concrete floor right now. I know, I know. Of course it will not be comfortable. I am looking into getting a large piece of foam to make it a little more comfortable. Oddly, I find it easier to get out of bed when I am lying on the floor. Kind of weird, but good for Monday mornings. I did not buy the sheet, as I thought it was a bit over priced. A large sheet with no elastic will do, but it is not authentic. From an environmental point of view, I really enjoy this. A lot, a lot less waste and more... Read more
